The Blog: Where the Ideas Live
The posts on this site are where the thinking happens before it becomes a book. They range from practical analyses of project communication and management to philosophical, literary and cinematic explorations of uncertainty, decision-making, consciousness, and what it means to act under conditions where the future is genuinely unknown. Recent posts include reflections on why AI is not an existential threat, the philosophy of dis-hope as a strategic disposition, and what Sartre and Dennett can tell us about artificial consciousness.

Speaking, Workshops and Consulting
Mark presents and consults globally on leadership, communication design, strategic decision-making, and high-performing project environments. He has spoken at the London School of Economics, PMI, APM, the International Centre for Complex Project Management, and to audiences of thousands across industries.
